Chiudiamo l’ anno con il secondo wine tasting gentilmente concesso dal Gruppo Zonin. Il progetto e’ stato questo http://www.myfeudo.it, geniale direi. Il nuovo nato e’ stato chiamato Symposio dell’ azienda Feudo Principi di Butera, Sicilia, un blend di merlot, petit verdot e cabernet sauvignon. Vino che al momento si presenta abbastanza giovane, l’ assemblaggio di queste uve non e’ al top, ma probabilmente deve essere cosi’. Grandi profumi che non vengono ripetuti al palato. Molto alcolico, prepotente, con un finale che lascia leggermente perplessi. Ti aspetti un qualche cosa che non arriva. Adesso, magari tra qualche mese l’ evoluzione sara’ diversa e piu’ accattivante. Difficile giudicare un prodotto di questo genere. A qualcuno piacera’ sicuramente cosi’ come e’, liscio, scorre sulle papille gustative senza quasi emozionare. Tra i due assaggi, considerando le tipologie di uve ed il terroir, c’e’ tanta differenza. Riprovero’ tra qualche mese. Buon Anno!

We are going to end up this year with the second wine tasting kindly allowed by the Zanin group.The project was this http://www.myfeudo.it/ , genial I would say .The new born was called Symposio, by the Feudo Principi company from Butera, a blend of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a wine quite young at the moment, the union of these grapes is not at a top level, but probably it has to be like that. Great parfumes which are not found back in the taste of it. Very alcoholic, bossy, with an ending that leaves quite puzzled. It’s like if you wait for something which is not coming. Now, but maybe, in some months’ time the evolution will be much different and more attracting. Hard to judge a product of this kind .Maybe someone will love it the way it is, smooth, it runs over the papillae almost without creating any emotion.Between the two wine tastings, considering the two kinds of grapes and the terroir, there is a huge difference. I will get back to them in few months’ time and we’ll se.
